One Project A Weekend

As a full time decorative painter, stationery designer, wife, and mom of two young boys, I spend ALL my time working on projects for my clients, running my business and taking care of my family. I consider things like sleep, “me” time, and a decorated home a luxury and a rarity. As much as I love painting and decor, I don’t always have the time (or motivation) to work on our own home. I started this blog series to document the projects I am able to complete, usually on a weekend, when I’m not spending time with my family, working on a wedding or painting for a client. Having this series has really motivated me to finish some of my own projects (but I’ve only just begun) and I’m hoping that it can inspire others to do the same…sometimes all you need is a weekend!
